February 1, 2006: Jose Guadanucci returns to Brasil after one year of Ph.D. studies in Copenhagen.

January 10, 2006: Welcome to Tamas Szuts, who  joins the arachnid section as EU Marie Curie Postdoctoral Fellow (2 year fellowship).

January 7-13, 2006: Todd Blackledge (University of Akron, USA) visit N. Scharff to work on a new araneid project.

November 9-29, 2005: Fieldwork in French Guiana (Nikolaj Scharff). Images (by N.Scharff)

September 30, 2005: Tamas Szuts from the Natural History Museum in Budapest, Hungary, visit the arachnology section for 3 weeks to work with Nikolaj Scharff.

September 15-18, 2005: Arachnology meeting at Gravgærde, Bornholm, Denmark. Sixteen arachnophiles from Denmark and Sweden spent 3 days on the island of Bornholm to discuss and collect spiders. Several species new to the Danish fauna was recorded. See group photo (by N.Scharff).
