Seabird communities
The distribution of marine birds has been analysed in relation to hydrology and over several years, for the North Sea (J. Durinck, cand. scient. project) and between Iceland-Ian Mayen and Greenland (I. Krag Petersen, cand. scient. project). The moult ecology of the King Eider Somateria spectabilis has been studied in Disko in Greenland (O. Frimer, ph.d. project).
