Topp-Jørgensen, cand.scient. projects). A study of the occurrence of mammals, especially rodents, in relation to human habitat disturbance, has been initiated at Saila Pata in Cochabamba, Bolivia; the project is part of a multidisciplinary approach which also includes botany and ornithology as well as studies of human exploitation (J. Rasmussen, cand.scient. project). A review of the terrestrial mammal fauna of Thailand (C.C. Kinze) and a review of the possibilities to use ultrasonic detectors for mammal surveys in Thailand (H.J Baagøe) have been prepared and presented on a conference on the Biodiversity of Thailand.
