Systematics and ultrastructure of entoprocts
Material of three undescribed species of the genus Loxosoma from Thailand has been studied light microscopically and with SEM. The discussions of the new species necessitated a review of the whole genus* (C. Nielsen).
New material of Loxosomella elegans and Barentsia gracilis has been collected and studied with the transmission electron microscope. A manuscript for the chapter "Entoprocta" in the series "Microscopic Anatomy of Invertebrates" has been written on the basis of the new material and on the sparse information from the literature* (C. Nielsen, with Å. Jespersen, Zoological Institute).
