RICHET, René: born on the 12th of November 1948. Retired teacher since September 2003.
Member of the Société Entomologique de France (SEF) since April 1984 (amateur dipterist) and
specialized in the study of French Sarcophagidae since August 1984.
Objective: to know the male, female and all three larval instars of each species (rearings,
dissections, microscopic preparations, macro- and microphotographs with a digital camera).
In preparation is firstly a book on the tribe of the French Sarcophagini, and secondly a
book on all French Sarcophagidae.
