When we started this project, we were fully aware that this project would never get off the ground without the help of many people.  After two years, we can say that the response to our requests for data and other information has been very positive, and we have received more help than we ever expected.  For this help, we are very thankful to every single contributor.  Help has been in many forms, with some just forwarding an address and others sending large amounts of computerized data.  However small or large the contribution has been, they have all helped us in some way. 

We especially thank EURING and its associated ringing schemes who provided the bulk of data.  In addition to the ringing data, we often asked for additional information, and the various ringing schemes have been very forthcoming.  In particular, we thank Rinse Wassenaar for the great amount of work and patience he put into providing the data.
