When we started this project, we were fully aware that this project would never get off the ground without the help of many people. After two years, we can say that the response to our requests for data and other information has been very positive, and we have received more help than we ever expected. For this help, we are very thankful to every single contributor. Help has been in many forms, with some just forwarding an address and others sending large amounts of computerized data.
